Complaints and Compliments

Complaints and feedback are welcomed, be it positive or negative. It’s always good to hear about the practices that are working and areas for improvement. They can help us understand what is important to you and improve the quality of our services.

How to make a complaint or compliment & how it is managed 

Where you feel comfortable you may report a problem, issue, or complaint directly to your support coordinator. Your support coordinator will respond and attempt to resolve it with you. In doing this your support coordinator will respect your feelings and ensure the NDIS Standards, Code of Conducts and Complaints process are adhered to.

If you don't feel comfortable reporting to your support coordinator, you have other choices of who you can report it to. You can report it to someone in your life or directly to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
